Tender chicken enveloped in spicy buffalo sauce and wrapped in a soft tortilla, creating an explosion of flavors and textures.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup cheese, shredded (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a bowl until well coated.
  2. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of the buffalo chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Top the wraps with shredded lettuce, chopped celery, ranch dressing, and cheese, if using.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the tortillas for a minute on a skillet before adding ingredients. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
