  1. Whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, chili powder, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken to the bowl, making sure it’s fully coated with the marinade. Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear.
