  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture, ensuring each bite is packed with flavor.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  7. Let the stuffed chicken rest for a few moments before serving.
