A sweet and spicy dish featuring tender chicken thighs marinated in gochujang and honey, perfect for any occasion.

  • 6 chicken thighs (boneless, skin on)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (grated)
  • 3 stalks of green onions (white and green parts separated)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Debone the chicken thighs to ensure they are free of bones.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the grated garlic, gochujang paste, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Stir the mixture until smooth and combined.
  4. Place the chicken thighs into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Choose cooking method: grill, bake, or pan-sear until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate overnight. Serve over steamed rice or with roasted vegetables.
