Delicious overnight oats that combine the flavors of strawberry cheesecake with a quick and easy breakfast solution.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional toppings: additional strawberries, granola, nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture well until it’s smooth and fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 hours.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with additional strawberries or your favorite toppings, such as granola and nuts.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. You can adjust sweetness to taste and modify texture by changing milk amount.
