Hearty stuffed chicken breasts filled with a creamy mixture of cheese and spinach, perfectly grilled for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Tony’s seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Tony’s seasoning until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, taking care not to slice through completely.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
  5. Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it’s fully cooked and the juices run clear.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stuffed chicken!

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety. Experiment with different cheeses or vegetables for personalization.
