Deliciously sweet and savory chicken thighs cooked to perfection in the air fryer, ideal for a quick family meal.

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until blended.
  2. Generously coat the chicken thighs with the marinade. Let them sit for 15-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, pat the chicken thighs dry before marinating. Marinate a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
