Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake the frozen tater tots as per the package instructions until they’re golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until it’s nice and crispy.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet to your desired doneness.
  4. Layer your bowls: Start with a generous helping of crispy tater tots at the bottom.
  5. Add shredded cheese on top of the hot tater tots, letting it melt slightly.
  6. Crumble the cooked bacon over the cheese.
  7. Finish it off by chopping the green onions and sprinkling them on top.
  8. Serve immediately, adding a drizzle of hot sauce if you’re feeling adventurous!
