A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring tender chicken and vibrant vegetables, all coated in a luscious honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Once the chicken is done, pour the sauce over it, stirring well to coat.
  6. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Serve with fluffy white rice, quinoa, or noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best texture, gently reheat in a skillet or microwave.
