Delightful and easy-to-make egg muffins infused with everything bagel seasoning, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the top of each muffin.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are puffed and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them.
